The workshop is designed to reinvigorate those poor, stretched out abs and pelvic floor muscles.

In this workshop, we’ll be working on:

  • Reclaiming true abdominal musculature recruitment (lots of “core” exercises can be done using predominantly hip flexors)
  • Tightening up the the various natural slings and “girdles” that have been stretched out to make a baby-condo
  • Working with the muscles of the hips and pelvis/ pelvic floor

10am Glutes and Core $99Purchase required to enroll

This class is designed to specifically target the legs, glutes and abdominals. Focusing on functional training while working on barbell lifts, body weight exercises, sprint work and lots of abdominal training. Classes meet once per week for 6 weeks and are capped at 5 or less people.

NorCal Teens $99Purchase required to enroll

NorCal SC Teens Class

This class is a 6 week workshop that will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm - 5:25pm. This workshop is designed for teens of all levels of fitness. The focus will be on quality movement, balance, and building strength in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

NorCal Kids $99Purchase required to enroll

NorCal Kids Class

This class is a 6 week workshop that will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm - 4:15pm. This workshop is appropriate for kids ages 8-12 and all levels of fitness. This workshop will focus on getting kids moving and learning in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

Glutes and Core $99Purchase required to enroll

Shoulder Repair Workshop $99Purchase required to enroll

The goal of this workshop will be to restore joint range and strength in the shoulders. Basically make the shoulders do what shoulders should do-flexion, extension, internal and external rotation. There will also be 2 days of additional homework for 10 minutes each day that the client will be responsible for outside of the gym environment.

Hip Repair Workshop $25Purchase required to enroll

This is a 1-day-only, 2 hour workshop for your disgruntled hips. Your hips will feel much friendlier after the class, but more importantly, you will learn some tools you can use at home, and before or after your workouts, to keep things working better and improving day by day. This workshop will be followed by a 6-week series after the holidays.
