The workshop is designed to reinvigorate those poor, stretched out abs and pelvic floor muscles.
In this workshop, we’ll be working on:
- Reclaiming true abdominal musculature recruitment (lots of “core” exercises can be done using predominantly hip flexors)
- Tightening up the the various natural slings and “girdles” that have been stretched out to make a baby-condo
- Working with the muscles of the hips and pelvis/ pelvic floor
