This class is designed to specifically target the legs, glutes and abdominals. Focusing on functional training while working on barbell lifts, body weight exercises, sprint work and lots of abdominal training. Classes meet once per week for 6 weeks and are capped at 5 or less people.

NorCal SC Teens Class

This class is a 6 week workshop that will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm - 5:25pm. This workshop is designed for teens of all levels of fitness. The focus will be on quality movement, balance, and building strength in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

NorCal Kids Class

This class is a 6 week workshop that will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm - 4:15pm. This workshop is appropriate for kids ages 8-12 and all levels of fitness. This workshop will focus on getting kids moving and learning in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

Shoulder Repair Workshop $99Purchase required to enroll

The goal of this workshop will be to restore joint range and strength in the shoulders. Basically make the shoulders do what shoulders should do-flexion, extension, internal and external rotation. There will also be 2 days of additional homework for 10 minutes each day that the client will be responsible for outside of the gym environment.

This class has a Pick your poison protocol in place on the main strength. Meaning whatever main lift you missed in the previous week, you can “make-up”. Shortly after the strength there will be a lengthy and challenging conditioning component. The music will be loud and the gym will be yours so grab a buddy and come on down to POWER HOUR this Saturday (and every Saturday) at 10.

We are a Catalyst Athletic certified gym offering Olympic weightlifting classes in a separate, designated area that has 5 weightlifting platforms and Werksan equipment. We emphasize technical quality with flexible programming for all walks of life, from busy athletes and fitness enthusiasts, to hardworking moms and dads, all while in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Classes cover the snatch, clean, and jerk with supplemental strength and technique exercises; Friday’s classes have a short conditioning component at the end.

Range of motion. We need it in everyday life to accomplish everything that we do. We are beings that squat, jump, reach, push and pull. As we do these movements throughout life, our abilities to do these can be limited. The purpose of our Mobility class is to not only improve your range of motion, but also provide you with the tools and knowledge to continue this process outside of the gym. We roll, smash and stretch our way to relieve our muscles of stress and tension. In doing so, we reduce our risk of injury and time spent in compromised movement positions, increase our capable range of motion for movement, and find the balance between stability and mobility. This class is for all levels and abilities.

Coached by Chico's only MovNat Certified Trainer, this once a week, one hour class will focus on honing practical life skills and movement efficiency through practiced mindfulness and creative play. Appropriate for all levels, the Mindful Movement class progressively works through those most valuable of physical skills including; balancing, crawling, jumping, lifting, carrying, throwing,and more.

This class is dedicated to getting athletes prepared for Spartan and Obstacle Course Racing. It is appropriate for beginning racers, but athletes should be able to handle the workload of the Intermediate Strength and Conditioning level classes. This class specifically works on the necessary skills that are needed to complete obstacle course races that include: wall climbs, rope climbs, tire drags, tire flips, weighted carries, monkey bars, bear/army crawls, and more. This class has longer conditioning workouts with various amounts of running to help simulate a race environment.

On Ramp
